JIUSAN Made the Blueprint – 10L Edible Oil line in Operation


When the name “FULINMEN”, “JINLONGYU”, “LUHUA” are mentioned, the first thing realized is edible oil. With people’s living standard improved, people are more concerned about their health and fastidious for edible oil. JIUSAN Group, one of the three largest oil companies, aims at serving for civilians and providing sincere service. The product of “HONGHE” soybean oil and non – GMO edible oil etc. and have been on the table of thousands of households, and favored by people.

For the purpose of catering to the market requirement, approved by JIUSAN board of directors, small packaging edible oil line was decided to be launched and higher standard requirement was suggested: filling precision should be guaranteed to ensure the minimum loss for consumers; efficiency of production should be higher that supply on the market could not be impacted.

These production lines are imported from abroad before, even the small packaging line is procured from the USA, Netherland and Italy. However, the standardization and scale development of Chinese food and beverage packaging machineries industry, the manufacturing skill enhancing that JIUSAN shifts its focus on better suppliers in China.

In spring, delegation from JIUSAN commenced their journey to the Yangtze river and entered the vigorous Newamstar, where their three days’ investigation started.

Advanced processing equipment, spacious and bright factory, tidy workshops, sophisticated test center, microorganism lab and perfect office building all impressed the delegation and embodied the modern corporation management. When hardware were investigated and approved by the delegation, JIUSAN had the deep negotiation with respect to production lines and edible oil technology with Newamstar. Newamstar is the only manufacturer in China who utilizes weighing scale to edible oil filling machine. The detailed technology elaboration and demonstration, impeccable technics exploration and superior after sales support ensure the well operation in production. Finally, JIUSAN was impressed by Newamstar and the project was decided.

Where there is the market, there is the competition, there is the fight. Newamstar has been struggling in beverage packaging market for several years. For this project, Newamstar reaped the whole line of 12,000 BPH (10 L) edible oil, including blowing machine, labeling machine, weighing scale edible oil filling machine, handle applicator, encaser, case unpacker, case sealer, lifter, robot palletizer etc.). Thereafter, JIUSAN signed another 5 lines of (10 L and 20L) PET and glass bottle edible oil.

Time flies, after the Spring Festival in 2013, the project of JIUSAN came to the last sprint. Personnel from Newamstar overcame many difficulties (install and commission in the cold, overtime working with instant noodle for hungry etc.) and experienced 40 days working, the 10 L soybean oil successfully put into production on 18th March.

By mutual cooperation and coordination, on 26th March, the edible filling line reached the requirement of 12,000 BPH with superior performance and well function, and put into production as scheduled. On one side, this helps JIUSAN occupy the market and on the other side, this successful edible oil line also won the good reputation for Newamstar. The overall factory layout, sophisticated engineering design, advanced filling technology all impressed JIUSAN, and Newamstar acquired approval and trust from JIUSAN.

The successful project of JIUSAN not only set the new milestone in edible oil field, achieved the first high – speed production line, but also broke the monopoly of imported products, which declared the flourishing of national industry.

Stable infrared ray heating system and independent heat balance device ensure the stable temperature of the preform, even color of the bottle and increase of the output.

Special designed twice-blowing system can monitor the pressure in each mold in order to provide accurate real-time parameter for operator. It is easy for the operator to adjust the parameter and ensure the stability of bottle forming.

High-speed and high-accuracy diaphragm type filling valve: Equip air back channel which is separated from liquid carousel, by which, the air replaced from the PET bottle won’t enter liquid carousel to avoid second pollution. Equip cleaning dummy bottles which can realize online CIP.

Sanitary and washable capper:Optimized cam surface design ensures the minimum
impact force of the capper .Bottle discharging starwheel is screwing decently, so it is unnecessary to adjust the conveyor height during bottle format change.

  • Goods transition and storage – high rise shelf, tray and container.
  • Check in & out device – palletizer.
  • Check in & out distribution system – roller and chain conveyor, distributing vehicle, lifter, etc.
  • WCS control system – includes check in-out device controlled by computer, distribution system, various kinds of inspection and safety device controlled by electricity.

A double extension tunnel stacking machine is adopted in the projects of“Moon over a Fountain Co. Ltd”, which achieve an effective balance between capacity and efficiency by improving space utilization and flexibility of warehousing in a limited space. The production line is connected with the warehouse directly, so a lot of material transfer links was saved. With advance internet technology, it realizes the resources and data sharing and connection between the ERP(enterprise resource management system), MES (manufacturing execution system) and WMS (warehouse management system) to reduce the mistakes and speed up access of the goods. Compared with the traditional discrete warehouse, Intelligent stereoscopic warehouse system can save the cost of land investment, reduce labor intensity, improve the working environment and reduce labor costs, finally improve the production efficiency and the level of modern management by making packaging and storage system Integrated, automated and intelligent.

In 2015, with excellent R&D design team and processing advantages of equipment manufacturing, Newamstar completed the development of automated warehouse system with tunnel stackerand RGV rail transport trolley. In the same year, Newamstar successfully presented it on CBST exhibition in Shanghai, and received wide attention from lots of companies in the industry. In 2016, automated material transport under special circumstances is solved by researching and developing non-rail AGV transport trolley. Through the introduction of advanced visual logistics simulation software, we can make simulation test in the project planning process, and do all kinds of system analysis and engineering verification for the model to get the final optimized the design. It can also quickly confirm the logistic equipment solution, further verify the feasibility of the project, provide improving and management basic data for the system, and reduce operating costs of production enterprises.

Currently, Newamstar are upgrading internal logistic system within the enterprise based on stereoscopic warehouse system, which is going to build an automated logistics system by using AGV non-rail intelligent trolley to distribute the raw materials, and create a new automated management system with the product lifecycle management, process management and information management.
